How this website, clarionsafetygroup.com, handles the information you share with us. It covers the marketing site only; the SafetrexIQ product platform our clients log in to handles occupational health and safety data separately.
This notice applies to the Clarion Safety Group website at clarionsafetygroup.com. The SafetrexIQ platform that our clients log in to is a separate service, governed by the agreement with each client organisation and its own privacy controls. Nothing on this page describes how data inside that platform is handled.
Two things. First, the details you give us when you use the “Book a safety review” form: your name, work email, organisation, role, and a short description of what you would like us to look at. Second, basic, privacy respecting analytics, aggregate figures such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Enquiry details are used only to respond to you, prepare for a first conversation, and arrange a review if you want one. Analytics are used only to understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

We never sell your details, and we never share them for anyone else’s marketing. We pass information to others only where it is needed to respond to you, or where the law requires it.

If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under data protection law, and you can also raise a concern with the relevant regulator (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
